Surgery!!

Hey!

Finally got some dates, 9th of June, I go in to get my shoulder sorted! For those that dont know i had a bit of a crash a while back and now some bits of bone are floating around inside my shoulder! not cool!

Been trying to get some sessions on the go, will get some pics up soon...

T13 skatepark was host to the Monster Mash all ireland bike jam on this saturday jus gone. And man what a day it was. The day was a real relaxed day and the hole weekend was a gooden. Riders came from all over Ireland and a bunch from England making the trip. On the day there was a amature contest on the street course and rythym room with Arthur Kelly taking the overall win. In the pro class there was a jam on the Titan ramp and Rythym room with DK's Josh Cox taking the win. Here's a Video that Mikey King put together from the weekend. summer sessions just keep coming

this weather is pretty cool it has to be said, nothing like riding in the outdoors. got this week off work as well so lets have it haha :)

Monster Mash

Monster Mash happened today at www.t13.tv skatepark. things got started at 12 and was a relaxed am jams on street and the jump box was a really good turn out in the am groups with Aurthur Kelly taking the overall win. well done man. then there was a mini ramp and jump box room jam in the pro category with DK's Josh Cox's taking the win and i was stoked with picking up second and my first ever trophy won lol. Edits and pics to come up soon. now time for the monster after party...........................

Bad Week in Texas!

Just got home from the first big race of the year in Texas.  The week started off well and went bad in a hurry. When we got there I looked at the track and was loving it. Went out in my first out of three practices and checked out the track, jumped most of the jumps and started finding my groove. In second practice  I went out second lap and hit the big 130 foot downhill triple which was the only thing I was not hitting. When I hit it I felt comfortable on it and hit it for the rest of the practice. I put down some fast laps in that practice but on the last lap I dabbed my foot in a turn, twisted my leg, and tore my hip flexor. It hurt so bad. But I went out and rode my third practice felt alright but some of the things like whipping and scrubbing and putting my foot out in the turn hurt really bad! We iced it and put heat on it and I still went out for my first moto. I got a decent start but got pushed off the track on the first lap and ended up coming around in like 20th the first lap. I was charging hard and then I had a really wierd fast and awkward crash. It knocked the wind out of me and hurt my hip even worse. I got up kept riding but my dad pulled me off and told me to go back to the truck that I wasn’t going to be able to pass enough people. We put ice, heat, some weird cream, everything we could to make it better but the next morning we had to decide to pull the plug! It was so disappointing for me. I was mad, sad, and disappointed! I had worked so hard over the winter and it was all down the drain. So we headed home. Now we are going to go to the doctors and hopefully get this fixed with a possibility of surgery! I will keep you guys updated on my progress. Thanks for all your help and support.

MONSTER MASH

yo hows it going guys? We been real busy over here in Ireland building the sickest jump box set up. We are half way through and just completed a huge raised section with step up quarters flat banks and a over vert wall check it out HERE we are now building 10 sick jump boxes and a vert wall all in time for a big event on the 26Th of march. Its called Monster Mash jam and we got some of the biggest names in the UK bike scene coming over. There is Pro and Am contests in bmx and mtb would be sweet to see everyone over here. GET INVOLVED.

got my first few outdoor rides over the last couple of weeks in the new shoes, here are some pics of the fun i have been having :)

Texas, B-Ward, Lilly Pad

I have 8 days till I leave for the first big amateur national of the year in Texas. I'm riding super hard and riding alot. No time to take a break. I kind of messed up my hips and my shoulder but I will have time to heal after Texas.
I've been riding alot of sand because the track that this national is held at is pretty sandy. Rode at a private sand track today with my friend Brandon Ward( Multi Time national chap Jeff Ward's son) along with another fast kid named Blake Lilly. Had tons off fun and rode really good. Texas is looking good for me. I hope I get my new shoes before I leave.
